Leon Kingston was born thirty-two years ago on a sunny summer day in Vacuo; about a year later he became an older brother. As soon as both could walk, the two showed a zest for battle, often sparring with one another with wooden replicas of weapons . . . at least until Leon bruised or bloodied his sibling, prompting a stern lecture from his mother until the next day.
Shade Academy's headmaster took notice of the two promising warriors and extended a personal invitation to each of them when they came of age. They excelled at combat-oriented classes and did decently in all other courses. However, after their father died in prison during a business trip to Atlas, the brothers abandoned their studies and enlisted in the White Fang, hoping their combined efforts would stop the prejudice against their kind.
Several years passed before Ghira Belladonna stepped down and Sienna Khan took control of the White Fang, and with the transition of power came a new philosophy for the faction: violence was, at times, necessary to achieve their goal of equality. This didn't sit well Leon's younger brother, who confided his unease with his sibling.
Only a few months passed before the younger of the two deserted the White Fang, leaving the elder to pay for his treason. After being imprisoned with little sustenance for several weeks, Leon was taken before Sienna and was given one mission to clear his name; he was to bring his brother to justice.
Over the next year, Leon tracked his brother across Remnant, eventually confronting him somewhere in Menagerie. Much like when they were younger, the two fought, though for their lives this time. But then Leon won the upper hand and threatened to kill his sibling if he didn't come willingly.
After a few parting words of defiance, Leon killed his brother then and there before deserting the White Fang himself, ashamed to have played a part in Sienna's machinations.
